Return and exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, we will be disappointed. We are happy to accept the return within 30 days after receiving most new items.

1. Please contact the customer service on our website to explain the items you want to return and the reasons.

2. After receiving our return instruction, please pack the items to be returned together with the original packaging.

3. Deliver your parcel at the local post office.

4. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your package. If you refund to your payment account in advance without notice, we will issue a refund to your wallet. The wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawal to your payment account. After the refund is sent, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide whether a product is suitable for you. If you want to return or exchange goods, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.

2. The following items are non returnable: tights, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (excluding scarves, bags and Mermaid blankets).

3. The returned articles must be in the unused state and use the original packaging. We do not accept returned goods that have been worn, damaged, washed or changed in any way.

4. Articles and free gifts with non returnable marks cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items without proper return request.

6. We do not provide freight to collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The return will be at your own expense.

7. Please be sure to carefully check your return before delivery. We are not responsible for the return of non products.

Note: the original freight and freight guarantee are not refundable.

If you wish to return any items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Note: please do not send the return to the address on the package. This is not our return address, which will affect your return processing.

Note: if you have any questions about the return, you must contact customer support within 180 days after the first order is placed.
